Job Description: Manager Jobs in Bangalore in Airtel
Coordinate RCA for customer retention on various parameters and developing various retention strategies and tools for churn reduction. Instrumental in reducing Broadband churn by streamlining and stabilizing processes across clusters Monthly measure and analysis of key customer facing KPIs for improving Customer understanding and service delivery. Planning and meeting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for CSD and ensuring cost within the budget. Inferences from data warehouse to improve SM performance and implement programs to reduce churn. Coordinate with MIS team and ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports, analysis, Process Performance Indicators pattern and presentations including ad hoc requirements. Ensuring process compliance using regular monitoring and audit mechanisms for various CSD function. Ensuring a high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes and thus managing cost-effective operations
